Marinelife Institute Alliance
Since plans were afoot to establish Seawalker Australia,
the team has been working with the Australian Marinelife Institute
to enhance the Seawalker experience, and incorporate a range of
marine research activities into normal Seawalker operations. Australian
Marinelife Institute is a Gold Coast based organisation with projects
stretching right along the Queensland coast. The Institute works
in the fields of fisheries management, reef ecology surveys, sea
mammal studies, marine industry and community education. Seawalker
Australia and the Institute are working together to create a series
of sponsored marine research and community education programs. For
more information on the Institute visit, www.marinelife.org.au.
